When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Registration Information and Purchase and Payment Information.

1. Name of registrant and the recipient of service if other than the registrant, such as in case of a parent registering with us for services to provided to a child under the age of majority in the state or province of residence.

4. Other information required to provide or enhance the quality of our services.
The Personal Information we collect is for the purposes of:

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Our tutors are independent contractors that require some of your Registration Information to conduct online tutoring with you or your child. This information is required for the provision of tutoring sessions, enhancing the learning experience and administration of our tutoring service. This information is limited to:
- 1. Name of student.
2. Name of parent if student is under the age of majority in the state or province of the student’s residence.
3. Contact information for scheduling of sessions and communication related to the administration of tutoring sessions.
4. School grade and subject(s) required for tutoring.
5. Other information that may be disclosed by the registrant to facilitate and enhance tutoring or the learning experience of the student.
Although these independent contractors are under a contractual obligation with us to solely use such information for conducting tutoring sessions with the student and required administration, we do not assume any responsibility for any breach of privacy by these third-party independent contractors and strictly advise our students and registrants not to disclose any information to the tutors beyond what is necessary and provided directly to us through registration on our website. We also do not assume any responsibility for information provided directly to the tutors by the student or registrant without our knowledge and authorization.
We use third-party platforms to conduct tutoring sessions, for example, Zoom and Google Meet. We have no control over these third-party service providers and do not monitor what information they collect. The student and registrant voluntarily choose to use these third-party platforms and understand the risks associated with using such platforms.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. The Order Information will be maintained or deleted in accordance with applicable laws.
MINORS
Individuals are considered minor based on the state, province, or country of residence and from where they may be accessing the website. Minors may not access this website without prior consent and authorization from their parent or legal guardian of age of majority.
We do not collect information directly from minors or accept registrations from minors. If upon registration, the registrant misrepresents their age, upon determination and becoming aware of it, the contract will be terminated immediately.
Our registration requires the registrant to be of age of majority in the state, province, or country of their residence even when the actual student requiring tutoring is a minor. The only student information needed when the student is a minor is noted below and is to be provided by the parent or legal guardian of the minor, not the minor directly.
- 1. Their name.
- 2. School Grade.
- 3. Subjects to be tutored.
For ongoing tutoring sessions with minors, we ask the parents and legal guardians to ensure they are supervising the tutoring sessions. The tutors are strictly advised not to inquire or ask for additional information from the student or student’s parent or legal guardian directly, however, out of normal course, general information exchanged to facilitate and enhance the learning experience should be provided by the parent or legal guardian after consenting and considering it reasonable and safe to provide. If such an event occurs, we advise all our registrants by means of these terms of service that they do not have to provide any such information to the tutor directly and can reach out to administration in case they would like to discuss the matter further.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
