We do not believe students should have to pay for tutoring they have not received. To uphold our commitment to affordable tutoring, we will issue a refund for any unused hours at the student or parent request. Refund must be requested by the same person who made the purchase.

        ✓ Unused hours can be refunded for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. 
        ✓ Unused hours purchased on a promotional price can be refunded for up to 45 days from the date of purchase.
        ✓ Unused hours can be used or transferred to another sibling of the student after the refund period has expired. 
        ✓ Unused hours must be used within a one-year period from the date of purchase. 
        ✓ Unused hours will expire after the one-year period and no refund will be issued.

We do request that you kindly provide us with the reason for refund and any feedback so we can learn and continue to improve our services.
