The tutors are strictly advised not to inquire or ask for additional information from the student or student’s parent or legal guardian directly, however, out of normal course, general information exchanged to facilitate and enhance the learning experience should be provided by the parent or legal guardian after consenting and considering it reasonable and safe to provide. If such an event occurs, we advise all our registrants by means of these terms of service that they do not have to provide any such information to the tutor directly and can reach out to administration in case they would like to discuss the matter further.
